Default PUG issues

ok, i know PUG's can really suck, but when your not in a guild... you dont have alot of options but today in the UW we had one of the most ignorant players i have ever run into in the UW (we can call him Bob for now). i formed a 8 man trapper party to clear the uw ( smite runs seem a little boring ) and Bob thought he knew all and felt he didnt need to be a team player so in turn ignored the teams plea's to move back in fear of pulling agro too soon on 2 occasions, this Bob got mad at us for wanting him to leave and activated the "unwanted guests" quest killing the whole party out of spite... gg Bob

now the point of this is to show what kind of winners ppl run into while playing this game and in places like UW and FoW where the team requires tactics and teamwork to survive... having an "elitis" run around thinking hes god can jepordise the team

there needs to be some type of voting system for the party to vote out a player to keep it somewhat fair ( if the leader had kick power then that could prove bad for the whole team should someone get a good drop ) so a vote system where the party votes against say... Bob... to have him removed for the benifit of the team would be benificial

thoughts?

The team vote has been proposed before, and I think its a grand idea. Too many times you get that one A-hole who thinks its fun to ruin the game for everyone else. And believe me, it only takes one, and there always seems to be one. The best suggestion I have for you is to either join a guild, or post your interest in a UW run on the forums. You will find more people like yourself who know the game, and are willing to be strategic. Plus you will form better relations with the forums members, never a bad thing. In fact, there was a post recently trying to get together a UW trap run, may wanna check that out.

Good luck to ya.

Heh heh.. reminds me of the quest right before ascension (first meeting the Mursatt) when we get to the cell and a guy says something about the Mursatt have been weakened, watch this... off he goes to kill a group.

We didn't last long.

By the time you are at UW, I thought you would already made some friends in your friendly list?

I don't want to join any guild (despite the name of the game). And invite random players is a waste of time.
